AirPods Pro 3 struggles

I bought the AirPods Pro 3 about 2 weeks ago (upgrading from the OG pros) and although they sound great and the noise canceling is great (when it works) I have been having a constant issue of a whistling sound when ANC is on, I’ve tried switching between the various tips included with them and none of them seem to fix the issue.

That brings me to the more pressing issue. I went to plug them in to charge before work today, but it started blinking an orange light and wouldn’t charge. I tried resetting them and cleaning the charging port and the same thing happened. I even tried wireless charging and had the same issue.

I’m hoping anyone can give me some advice on what to do next, the nearest store to take them in to get looked at is a long drive.

Also I bought these AirPods from Amazon, if that helps
