Wrong box? Maybe?

We got a delivery today and my question is, these seem to not go together. I know we needed 2 boxes….Box 1 is what we ordered is it possible that box 2 is the same contents inside with a different item number? (Like multiple lines of Hemnes use the same base or something?) I don’t want to open this if it’s wrong.
