Hello just got results from my endoscopy

So thank god everything is pretty much normal he said I do have a small hiatal hernia and he noticed some clear fluid in my stomach my question is what could that clear fluid be I’m kind of freaking out he said gastroparesis. But other than that everything was normal and he took some biopsies to be sure.
