Leads on quick access to Du’s “chat with agent” after the new app update?

Hey, I used to know the ‘hack’ to reach a human agent to chat with on the Du app instead of their AI bot Blu.

It used to be spamming them with the word “complaint” until they give you a Chat with Agent option, which usually appears after 3 sends. However, I just logged in and apparently on the new update, this old hack isn’t working anymore.

Any leads would be highly appreciated, for I completely despise this AI chat feature.
