Foam Masters Tips

I recently ordered these tips for my AirPods Pro 2. I got a small and noticed one of my ears I sore after. Not sure if it’s from pushing them to find the spot so they don’t slide out. Anyone had experience with them? Not sure if I need to upsize or if that would just make them slide out quicker
