Confused with Bamix Prime blender cable

I was looking for a plastic free immersion blender and Bamix got recommended here quite a lot.

Today, I've got a Bamix Prime hand blender delivered. The website I bought it from claims this model has coiled cable. I looked up the photos on Bamix website and it's obvious that this model should have coiled cable.

But the one that came has flat, regular straight cable.

I'm confused. That does that mean? Is it fake?

That whole thing might seem silly, but that's the most expensive blender I've bought so far, so I'm a bit frustrated 😅

I'm in the UK, if that matters.
