Am I saving enough and should I pay my car off

Currently I am 19 years old in the military E-4 pay and I am married and my wife also works currently I am saving 1500-2000 a month cold hard cash and I am also contributing to my tsp Roth about 10 percent of this enough or do I need to do more I ask this because I would like to buy a house soon and also retire. Another question is I am in a little debt I had to get a newer car so it set me back a little I could pay the car of in 12 months time if I budget and quit saving is this a good or bad idea I am credit card and loan debt free except for my auto loan should I pay it off in 12 months or continue to make the payment and still keep saving.
