Purchased an item that came ripped??

Hey guys I’ve never had an issue with Depop until now, but I recently bought a bra on there for $20 and the part where the strap attaches to the actual bra is completely torn? There’s no way of attaching it (and lowkey it’s not even the right bra but that’s another story.) Do I offer to ship it back for a refund or just file with Depop? Again I’ve never had something like this happen before :(
