Gender GP

Ive just started up with Gender GP and ive paid all the stupid stuff i have to pay and i had my consultation or information gathering session on the 25th September and i had originally gone with the shared care option but the woman i spoke to said i shouldn't go with that option as i will most definitely get denied by my GP which scared me so she told me to go with the private provide which was 15 pounds to pay (pretty sure they just wanted more money out of me) and she said it should come out the next day but when i asked for more details and how to get access to that stuff she basically blanked my question. the next day after that call i got my letter for shared care to give to my GP but i had already paid the 15 pounds for the private prescriber its now been a week and one day to be exact and i haven't received any emails and im still unsure how i would even access my prescription as it says i will be given an electronic token? any advice would be greatly appreciated to point me in the right direction or if anyone knows what its like to use a private prescriber im also assuming it might take a little longer for the electronic token but im not sure.
