Need help choosing a new gaming PC

Hey all,

Im looking to buy my first gaming pc. I am looking for a good pc (price around 1000 euro) to play games like Anno 117, Warhammer Total War 3, City Skylines 2 and more strategy and city builders. My knowledge of CPU, GPU and all the other components is quite small. I have some pc's i am interested in (2nd hand) I will put the links and the specs in this post. Can you guys tell me what is better suited for me? I prefer 4K or almost 4K experience for gaming. The adds are in dutch but i guess the specs speak for themselves.
