We need your help. My cousin's ex boyfriend has been stalking her, and we're concerned he may have had a camera in her house. Before they broke up, he left this device plugged into an outlet in her bedroom. Unfortunately she didn't get a picture of it before he removed it, but she gave me a detailed description, a diagram and a picture of a similar device. It could be some sort of power bank or external hard drive, but if it is a camera, we need to identify the specific brand and model so we can document it if she has to file a restraining order.

It was shaped like a USB wall socket charger. The one she saw was like the device in the second image, but longer and wider, more like a pack of cigarettes, positioned as though you had stuck the bottom of the cigarette pack to the wall. Even though it was large enough to easily hold four ports, it had only one. It was a standard USB port, in the exact middle of the front of the device. She says it was as heavy as a power bank or external hard drive. It was all black, and it had absolutely no identifying markings, no maker or model number. The prongs for the outlet did not fold in, as they would for most mobile devices. She's not sure if there was a pinhole opening, and doesn't remember seeing a slot for an SD card.

If you can help us identify this, either way, it would be a real load off her mind. This is cross-posted in /whatisit, we are casting as wide a net as possible since it's an urgent problem. Thanks in advance
