Refund from bank reversed

Hi everyone! After the story posts that there would be refunds and two months went by bank refunded me for one of my purchases. On October first they reversed the credit so I reached back out. Has this happened to anyone else or anyone knows why this would be happening? Has anyone received any communication from baylee I haven't and have inquired about refunds to both her emails.
