Set Openers

K so today I’m listening to 9/4/83 Park West and for the umpteenth time in the year I’ve listened to Dead concerts (I’ve been in the mix since October of last year where SiriusXM fed me a steady diet of the 50th Anniversary from the Oct. 16-20 Winterland shows) it’s had Bertha as the show opener.

Are there stats kept on this kind of stuff? I feel like Bertha could be the most common Set One Song One song (I also feel like Beat it on Down the Line is the heavy favourite for Set One, Song Two but it just may be a function of the era I listen to the most - 70s). This set it’s Promised Land which is usually in the mix as well so could be that one (even though I hear that as a Set One opener lots too 🙂).
