Seeding

Hi so I download alot of torrents through qbitorrent (games-movies-anime...) and I like to seed to help share files but i still have adsl internet and it's slow af it's like 12mb download/1mb upload.

I'm aware that my own internet is what sets the limit of file sharing, should I still seed even with a very slow upload speed?
