Passport Photos

Could someone please recommend a place in or near Annapolis to get passport photos? I would prefer somewhere you can make an appointment to avoid waiting. I would pay more for a professional camera store if it meant they would be taken in a timely manner and be of good quality and acceptable to the State Department. Thanks in advance!
