Elopement/family wedding in Italy or Greece

I’m wanting to get married overseas in Italy or Greece. Would be more of an elopement with a few family members and friends. Thinking 30 people or less. Any ideas or a direction to steer me in? Very open to all things and would like to stay away from super touristy areas.
