Is there a equivalent move to grinding storm in ragnarok?

For those who don't remember, grinding storm is that move in gow 2018 where you had to hold R1 to get the axe spinning infront of Kratos, it was damn useful for building up the stun meter in enemies and getting permafrost

In ragnarok the grinding storm was replaced for the river of knives, but I wonder if there is a move who can build up stun meters that fast
