Apple Music songs from MacBook to Samsung Phone

I currently have an iphone and I like to download songs from YouTube or mp3 files and put them into my Apple Music from my MacBook which then also syncs onto my iPhones Apple Music library. If I were to get a Samsung phone and kept my MacBook, would I still be able to put songs onto my MacBook’s Apple Music and have it appear on a Samsung if I downloaded Apple Music and signed into my account? Sorry if this sounds confusing
