Ex?Bf (19M) of 3 years has been lying to me (19F)

Yesterday I found out that my bf has been going out late at night with his friends to bars and whatnot, he hid this from me. He used to do this often a year and a half ago, and even cheated, but I genuinely thought he had changed. I got a text from a girl that hangs around his friends group and she told me that they made out the night before last night; I confronted him about it and he said that he was heavily intoxicated off of about 3 different substances and he couldn’t remember anything. He later texted her and said it was a mistake. I’m not sure what to think about this specific situation because he was intoxicated and couldn’t really consent to it, I’m not sure if she was intoxicated I didn’t ask. He said he doesn’t usually drink when he’s out like that, and just wanted to hang out with his friends and didn’t think I’d let him go out that late. We’ve been together since I was 16, he’s my first boyfriend; I never wanted to be controlling or anything like that, but I can’t trust him because of things he’s done in the past. I’m just very conflicted
