Possible basil cell on face, what to expect with surgery as a male with a beard

34 year old male. First biopsy ever done today. The dermatologist seemed to think it was a good chance of being basil cell, and would require Mohs surgery.

The spot is located under my beard, on my face on the jaw line.

I'm really worried about having Mohs surgery and it impacting my beard, and having a huge chunk missing. I know it's trivial, but being bald is something I'm already extremely self conscious about. I'm also a musician with a social media presence and play shows, so im also worried about this.

Any other guys had experience with this? What can i expect?
