Big Smile Rocking Back And Forth (Meaning)

I saved my guy friend a cookie and gave it to him. When he saw it was a cookie he grinned so big and rocked back and forth in his chair. I never seen anyone react like that. It was not a big deal at all. I care for him. I just seemed like a different kind of reaction/response.
