First date advice

I’m a woman going on my first real date with another woman and I’m pretty excited! In typical fashion, she’s my friend’s ex and it’ll be our first time meeting so they’ll be a lot to chat about! Any advice though?? I know I’ll probably be nervous day-of. Also, silly question, but is kissing on the first date a thing?
