The Hunt That Once Was On

The Hunt Is On was an event in 2023 celebrating Star Citizen's birthday. It gave players a chance to find gold licenses in the game and redeem it at a rental kiosk in Stanton for a 24-hour F8C rental, as well as unlocking the ability to purchase the Lightning in the Pledge Store. In addition to this, an extra rare Platinum Ticket was obtainable, but only by successfully looting it from a CIG developer in the game, which made it extremely difficult and rare to get. This Platinum Ticket not only unlocked the F8C, but added an actual F8C with both LTI and the exclusive Stormfire paint to your account.

That was almost two years ago now. A lot of us was hoping it would become an annual event, but no such luck. Some of us are still hoping for it to come back in one way or another. What do you think? Do you want it to come back? Should it never come back? I would love to hear what everyone feels about this.
