Question about Pokejobs in Pokemon Shield

I want to start EV training some Pokémon using Pokejobs and I wanted to know if I send a Pokémon off for a job and I fast forward the day using the Raid Den, will it count as the day being done and my Pokémon completing the job or will it reset the time for my Pokémon to do it over again?
