Picked up my first Heritage

I've been playing guitar for over 40 years and have owned many in that time. Lots of Gibsons, Fenders, Epi's, USA Hamer, USA Peavey, etc. I've had many nice guitars, but this one is the bomb. I really wish I'd have tried Heritage earlier. I got an H-530 and it's perfect. Seriously, there's nothing that needs done to this guitar. It's the smoothest playing most articulate guitar I've owned. OK, enough gushing.

I'm running it through a 90's Peavey Classic 30 which I've played for years and it's a perfect match. Effects aren't required, but I do run a few into the front of the amp when needed and have a delay going into the effects loop. I've got a Peavey Classic 112e extension cab inbound that I'm going to add to the setup.

Going overboard, I found a good deal on a 2024 Custom Core H-150 in Dirty Lemon Burst that will be here tomorrow. Although P90's are my preferred pickup, I don't have anything with humbuckers at the moment and I love the sound of the 225 pickups in the 150.

Here's a shot of my new Heritage. The flame in the wood is so much more pronounced in person.
