What is "Bully Season" to you?

For some reason I seem to associate the game with October - December. It may have to do with being when I actually sat down to play it. I remember my friend coming over and we'd play it in the 2000s. I have no desire to play it during Spring and Summer only around the Fall and Winter months. Doesn't have much to do with the first Holiday being Halloween in the game. It just coincidentally so happens to be around the time when I really got into it
