unsure of my issue

hey guys, wondering if yall can help me figure something out. four days ago i was washing my face and felt a tenderness on my eye, the inner corner. i had a chalazion yearrs ago and it was painless and i had surgery for it, been fine ever since. it was caused by not removing water proof mascara correctly. since i have actually not worn mascara often only using a lash curler. anyways. there is a small bump on the inner corner of my eye, almost like a stubborn pimple. doing compresses and whatnot. i hope i dont need surgery again bc i live in the uk now and it would be so much money. cant insert a photo because you cant even see it, its a little tender though, not hindering my vision. would also like to mention i just got a desk job where all my time in screen time... idk what to do.
