Help

I’ve been flowing for the past few months non stop. It started off as spotting with mucus/discharge tinged with blood but has now progress to almost a full period like flow with the mucus still present. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17, 27 now. I’ve never experienced anything other than irregular cycles and weight gain.

I contracted BV with a new sexual partner but tested negative for all other STIs and was prescribed metro gel which I finished. I don’t know how long I had the BV infection as I did not have symptoms but it had to have been a year or a good few months. Gyno said it may be hormonal but my panel came back normal and I’ve never had issues before like this. Pelvic pain is also present but lightens up when the flow is heavier. I have a follow up appointment with another gyno for a 2nd opinion but has anyone else had any experience like this?
