Looking for a Build check - Ryzen 5 3500 and 1660 super to ryzen 7 7800x3d and 5070

Im going from a ryzen 5 3500 and 1660 super prebuilt that has served me well but also frustrated me due to the bios being locked by the manufactorer. I've built one custom PC before my current prebuilt but this was years and years ago and so much has changed since then so I'm just looking for some outside input on this build I'm looking at trying to make by the end of the month.
