I know it's not cool to google symptoms but how do i figure out if i have diabetes or not?

What symptoms are sure shot a sign of diabetes. I feel leg, feet and arm most of the time. After eating, i feel tired wether i eat clean or junk good, to the point i feel like sleeping.
