I am a big fan of wolfpak’s vedios and I learned so much from them, I used to train back in the day and was always following jeff nippard’s prorgams until 2020 corona got us all out of shape, and since then I never trained until 2 month ago I decided to get back at it, and was always following the latest scientific based training methods through channels like milo’s, pak’s mike israetel, jeff nippard etc.

So this time I decided to make my own plan, I made a 5x a week full body mesocycle 2-3 delaod weeks in 12 week cycle , and picked exercises that emphasised the stretch position while I am also comfortable doing, decided to do a relatively high volume, and tracking my progressive overload with the double progression method (rep range). I also train fairly hard I would say 0-3 rir. My question is would subscribing to myadapt help add anything to what I am already doing or is it just going to make it easier to track what I am doing? Because I am already good at tracking it through excel sheets.
From what I have seen in reddit, I am getting mixed feelings about the app, some great feedbacks and some are considering it a workout tracker which is not what I am looking for I am looking for optimised science based app that can help me:

1. discover my maximum recoverable volume
2. Implement the latest and most effective methods in exercise science.
3. Optimised exercises selection according to science

Would it add anything?
