I think Ive given up on my client

I work with adults with mental health disabilities and assist them with maintaining independent living. I have one client with agoraphobia who has thoroughly burned me out. She will take anywhere from 30 minutes - 2 HOURS to come outside her apartment and meet me in my vehicle. I tell her to be ready for me more than an hour before I plan on arriving and she still can't be on time. I had limited time with her yesterday and she chose to go to an art studio instead of running necessary errands. So we scheduled to run her errands this morning. Low and behold, she didn't even wake up until 4 hours after we were meant to meet. She is going to be charged with a late fee for rent (again) if I dont rearrange my fucking schedule for her. I dont think Im going to. I think Im done.
