[TOMT][Webcomic][DeviantArt] Comic about imp-like character escaping tall female ruler through portal

Years ago, I read a comic on DeviantArt by an artist who also had a Twitter account. It was an original story featuring a small imp-like character who escaped from a tall female ruler. She wore high heels and had a very commanding, ruthless presence. Her design and the protagonist’s reminded me a bit of the Irken race from Invader Zim.

I think the character escaped using a portal. By the end of the comic, there was a jump cut to him already traveling with a group, I think he had been with them for a while. He was telling them about what happened. Some of the group were crying, and a very buff woman said something like she would destroy that ruler if she ever showed up again.

I also think I remember the creator’s Twitter icon was a small, round, dark character. But there's a good chance if they're still active it probably changed by now.

I’ve been trying to find this comic or the artist’s account again but haven’t had any luck. If anyone recognizes it or has any leads, I’d really appreciate the help!
