puppy has separation anxiety now?

i have a 5.5 month old dachshund and she has separation anxiety now after i left her at a pet sitter’s home for 2 nights — she’ll cry and howl when i leave the apartment even though she’s never done this before? anyone have a similar experience or any tips?
