Question about Greyhound

I'm going to travel to Tennessee by the end of the month and I was wondering if the outlets on the bus work or not because I kept seeing mixed reviews on them. I'm going on the DC bus and then transferring in Nashville and I'll be transferring in Atlanta when I go back, thank you!
