2013 Sonata GLS Warranty

I have a 2013 Sonata GLS. Does anyone know where the extended engine warranty ended up after everything with the lawsuits for that car? I am the first and only owner of the vehicle. All recalls and service campaigns have been completed. Low mileage at about 51k, but I am noticing some oil burn.
