Question about burritos

Seeking Advice (Employee)

This is for both people who get burritos and for workers

But is it expected that you adhere to the portion sizes, like the scoops, or by the expected final look of the burrito? Or for customers, do you care more for the look of the burrito even if you judged the scoops and found them to be of standard?

I ask this for two reasons. One, because people will talk about how the burrito looks in size even though it can look very different based on the rolling technique.

And then the second reason, when customers omit ingredients. Should workers fill it up for the things they did get even if the customers didn’t ask for more? One of my managers gave someone basically double chicken bc they didn’t get rice, the burrito looked normal by the end, so should this be expected?
