Can't meet Artemis after 1.0 release

So the title of this post says it all - I did ~20 runs, and Artemis didn't show in a single one. I finished the game and reached epilogue. I know that you can meet her only in a non-dialogue reward rooms, and only in first two bioms in the underworld or in Ephyra. She also never appeared to sing on the crossroads. Based on the recent posts, it seems it is not a common problem, so I am interested if anyone encountered this as well. Not asking if there is a way to resolve this, since in my opinion it may be some quirk with probability of meeting her being changed in the recent update or priority of other plot dialogues/encounters, but I seemingly have no more special dialogues left with any other character.
