Vac-U-Lock Harness Attachment Solution

I have an O-ring harness which is a pain to switch toys out on. I have to take the harness off and loosen the side straps in order to get the toys out.

I was looking for a solution, but can't find this product available anywhere besides this weird dropshipping website which doesn't let you directly buy.

Does anyone know of an alternative to that style attachment where I can loop the strap-on straps through in lieu of an O-ring, or a different vac-u-lock adapter that would work on an O-ring harness?
