Idk if I'm just hella restarted but the difficultly ratings seem to be backwards in this game

Does anyone else feel the same? I struggle hard with characters like Bojack and Vegeta and especially Buu despite them apparently being bottom of the barrel easy according to the game

But then I try Frieza for the first time, get MVP first game, and then get the 100k battle score reward in my second game with him. Kale was the same way, she feels so easy and strong but her difficulty rating according to the game is almost max
