Ea FC PC Refund

Ive played this game 3 years on pc between 23 25 and now 26 and every year the game is terrible on pc but kinda playable. This year ive dealt with all sorts of issues whether its my controller bot being recognized mid game to me insane slowmo lags to now a terrible controller input delay. Ive spent 8+ hours trying to fix these issues and steam will not allow me to return the game. PC players does anyone know a way to get a refund or want to organize a law suit because there is no way it should be legal to sell a broken game for $90.
