reta and milk

I drink an exorbitant amount of milk, not uncommon to see me drink a half gallon in one sitting. That is till now. I drank a half gallon of whole milk 2 days ago, something I've done with no problem in the past, and it's 2 days latter im on the toilet ever half hour pooping my brains out. My thought process is the delayed gastric emptying allowed it toget old and start fermentation in my intestines, anyone else experienced thi?
