Day 7

Finally a week. It was suprisingly not hard. However, I am in deep distress and I knew that I had perfectionism, possibly by what I though near people want from me. I though I throwed that away but it was still there! Man, It is good to know. So, back to the main point, because of distress, I am wanting to watch youtube. But I will resist.
