Bought wrong Aurora Fest tickets on Epic Events site. Email and number on website not working

I bought tickets for the Aurora Fest but accidentally chose the wrong location. Been trying to reach out for a refund but no luck. The phone number on their site says it’s invalid and when I emailed them, it just bounced back.

Has anyone here been able to actually get in touch with them?
