Recovery moonstones in restarting game ?

Hello everyone

I'm having a quest problem with "something is knocking," and Gameloft can't seem to do anything for me. I'm thinking of restarting the game, despite having played it for 300 hours. I bought Rift in a Time and I wanted to know if anyone knows if I can get the moonstones I get when I buy it again.
