Fuel Cell rewards seem to have a bug.

I notice my fuel cell amounts don't quite match what the values should be. Watching the rewards I noticed every time I win 5 fuel cells, the timer on fuel cells resets.

Not the worst problem in the world since you will still be at a net positive with fuel cells (which in itself has it's own annoyances to deal), but I find this bug to be annoying myself since it makes it a bit harder to plan things throughout the day.
