My small channel CTR and AVD Never goes up

Hi, I have small channel with 450 subs at the moment. I create videos on parenting mostly. I have created over 96 videos (long and short combine). My CTR of recent videos never go above 3.5-4%. Yes a few videos which have gained views later on after months of upload may have got CTR now around 6-7% Also. My AVD never touches 30%, it is mostly around 10-20%. It is said that CTR above 5% is decent. And AVD more than 30% decent. I just want to understand how is my channel is looking with all these existing figures??

Is it reaching anywhere? Is it very slow growth?
