Budget lens to buy 35mm (or 50mm ff equivalent) for Sony

Camera Lens

Hello, first post here. I am thinking of upgrading my 16-50 kit lens for my Sony a6400. My budget is quite limited so I am searching for the best alternatives as I will not buy another lens for a while probably. Im searching a 50mm FF equivalent, a fast lens is a priority as I tend to shoot in very bad light conditions.

The options I have seen are:

Meike 33mm f1.4: I like this option because of the fast aperture and the aperture ring, and although the gasket does not really help with weather sealing like rain, it could benefit from dust (of which i tend to work a lot in). From what I've seen this is a very solid lens although I can't seem to find a lot of reviews, seems like its a bit of a hidden lens. The only con I have for this lens is its size being about 9cm in length.

TTartisan 35mm f1.8 ii: This is a really popular lens, maybe because of this the negatives are much more "studied" so they tend to be more present in these reviews. Things like the vignetting and the bad corners for example. Apart from that I really like the size, and the metal construction making it a good contender.

Viltrox 35mm f1.7: Almost the same than the ttartisan but with better IQ but worse construction.

(although not important, filter size on the ttartisan is more common being 52mm vs the 55mm of the meike)

I mainly do travel photography and some portraits for a cat shelter. Priorities are: 1. AF 2. IQ 3. construction 4. size. 5. futureproof.

Thats it for me, I accept any recommendations other than these 3, I'm open to almost everything. Also including used market and such.
