Need help to get an MP3 that respects privacy

What the title says. I'd like to buy an MP3 since I'd like to use my phone less, and since I mostly use it to listen to music, an MP3 would be the most useful device to reach my goal. Many MP3s nowadays are basically phones that even let you download apps and such, and I don't want that. I need something with a huge memory since I literally have thousands of songs to export, and that has the jack insert. I don't care about Bluetooth, high brands, and other things. It need to be privacy-first and of good quality. Any recommendations? Thank you :)
