Where does the TV go?
Where would you put a TV in this room? And I'll preface by saying that the TV is very important to our lives, no judgement please! It needs to be a focal point at the correct angle not buried somewhere weird in a corner. I don't know if we could mount it on the stone fireplace and bury the cables, if that's possible, I think that's what I would do. I'm opposed to putting it on either side of the fireplace because I think that would break up the impact of the stone down the middle of the wall which is so pretty. We could mount it on the wall to the right, but then the couch would need to be on the left in this photo and our backs would be to the windows which doesn't seem right. I guess maybe I'm answering my own question, it's on the stone fireplace or bust but I think that would involve some invasive masonry work to bury the electrical in there and I'm worried that would be a mistake...
